Frequently asked questions

How do I earn money on Billion Offers?

Browse the offer wall and pick something that fits — install and try an app, play a game to a certain point, or answer a survey. Each offer shows what's required and what it pays before you start. Once it's completed and confirmed, the payout is added to your balance.

Why didn't I get credit for an offer I completed?

Credit is confirmed by the advertiser or network behind the offer, not by us directly, so it isn't always instant — some offers confirm in minutes, others can take a few days. If you completed all the required steps exactly as described and it's been more than 7 days with no credit, contact support with the offer name and roughly when you completed it, and we'll look into it.

Why does an offer say I don't qualify?

Offers are often limited to specific countries, devices, app versions, or users who haven't tried that app or survey topic before. Qualification is set by the advertiser, and it can change or run out without notice — if one offer says you don't qualify, there are usually plenty of others that will.

How long do payouts take?

PayPal payouts are typically the fastest, usually within a day. Bank transfers and gift cards can take a little longer depending on the method. You can check the status of a pending payout from your account at any time.

Is there a minimum amount before I can cash out?

Yes — redemption methods have a minimum balance requirement, shown on the Redeem page in your account. Anything earned below that stays in your balance and carries over toward your next payout.

Can I use Billion Offers on both mobile and desktop?

Yes. Offers work on both, though some app-install offers are naturally mobile-only since they require installing a phone app.

I think my account was flagged unfairly. What do I do?

Email support with your account email and a short description of what happened. We review flags case by case rather than assuming automated systems always get it right.

Can I have more than one account?

No — one account per person. Multiple accounts (including sharing an account with someone else) violate our Terms of Service and can result in forfeited earnings.
