These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of billionoffers.com and the Billion Offers rewards platform (the "Service"), operated by Billion Offers ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to hold a PayPal account, bank account, or receive gift cards in your own name to use Billion Offers. By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards is a violation of these Terms.

3. How earning works

Billion Offers connects you with app installs, games, and surveys provided by third-party advertisers and offer networks. Credit for a completed offer depends on that third party confirming completion according to its own criteria — we don't control how long that confirmation takes, and in some cases a completed action may not be credited if the advertiser doesn't report it as valid.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse credit for any offer we reasonably believe was completed fraudulently, through automated means, or in violation of the offer's own terms.

4. Payouts

Earnings can be redeemed via PayPal, bank transfer, or gift card once your balance meets the applicable minimum payout threshold. We aim to process payout requests promptly, but processing times can vary by method and are not guaranteed. We may delay or withhold a payout while investigating suspected fraud or a Terms violation.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create more than one account, or create an account using false information
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs to misrepresent your location, or other automated means to complete offers
• Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell, transfer, or share your account with others

Violating these Terms may result in forfeiture of unpaid balance and termination of your account.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the Service.

7. Third-party offers and links

Offers are provided by third-party advertisers and networks. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party app, survey, or website you interact with through the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that offers will always be available, that credit will always be issued correctly by third parties, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billion Offers isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including delayed or denied offer credit or payouts caused by third parties.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
